1201 Chase Road Highlights Firm’s Strategic Growth in DFW Region

Leon Industrial is pleased to announce the acquisition of 1201 Chase Road, a 100% occupied cross-dock warehouse and distribution building totaling 530,100 square feet. The transaction was closed in only 45-days, further cementing Leon’s reputation as efficient and creative deal makers.

The building is occupied by Hayes Company LLC, a Kansas-based logistics company offering supply chain and inventory management solutions.

This acquisition marks a significant addition to the growing Leon Industrial portfolio, which currently totals ~3,000,000 square feet including two new developments in Mesquite and Garland delivering in August. The firm will break ground on three new developments in Dallas before the year end and continues to pursue acquisition and development opportunities in Sunbelt states.
