Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
· Coordinate and submit Requests for Proposals (RFPs) as needed.
· Utilize expertise in financial services to support various aspects of fund management.
· Serve as a liaison between sponsors and custodians, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
· Demonstrate proficiency in institutional investments, family office operations, and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) services.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations management within the financial services industry.
· Strong financial background with knowledge of fund management practices.
· Experience in finance intermediation and wealth management.
· Broad understanding of institutional investments and family office operations.
· CFA designation or progress towards certification is helpful.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
· Salary commensurate with experience and suitability for the role.
