Leon is one of the largest minority owned companies in Texas and also one of the largest minority owned real estate development company in the United States. Our company was built by synthesizing a forward-looking view of the changing demographics of America and their deep and fundamental impact on financial, operational, and market variables. We believe that any high conviction investment thesis should be developed with a comprehensive view of social and demographic conditions and their impact on fully functioning markets and that investors who don’t properly recognize a wholistic understanding of these social variables are making imperfect assessments.

The legacy and the culture this promotes allows us to handily assess traditional financial analysis, while also applying an intimate understanding of the full spectrum of minority demographics, their communities, and consumption and demand signals – all in pursuit of designing investment theses that are truly differentiated.
